find the daily peace, but motivating to carry on too
I am sorry to be a bummer. But in my daily routine and actions
I may have the spector of not feeling right within me. I also know
that I must carry on with daily activities even so. I can do that. I can do that.
Living on my own can have me kind of indulgent but I am remembering better.
I am using the structures of the day. Wake, Wash, Breakfast, Errands, Lunch...etc..
I am keeping myself in the day that everyone else is in...and it propels me a bit
and lifts me out of my mood, my funkengrooven. :) I also want to find other work,
and I feel the confidence to do so. I have a suspicion I might be autistic, it's just
a hunch, but I still will pursue a path for myself. It's sunny out, just ate a great lunch
and I will take care of the rest of the day. I hope you guys are doing well. Carpe Diem. :)x

Big hug for you LC..... I always follow a routine as well..... I do things by rote..... That way I get the things that I want to done.... I could have those times when I just want to stay in bed so I tend to plan, plan, plan.....smile
Have you ever discussed autism with your doctor Marky?
If you'd like to find another job I have no doubt but you can do just that..... xo
Thanks Jan. I mentioned autism to my psychiatrist once.. He deferred saying "let's not talk about that now."
Thanks and big hugs dear Janny Jan!!!
