Finally a restful night of sleep!

I was functioning on the maximum capacity for these past few weeks. I drew from every recourse I could just to get through the day, but when evening came I knew I was weak for the prey! However, my session with my counselor yesterday was a breakthrough. One of my alters is a feisty 9 year old. She was the one who took all the SRA abuse. In the A.R.T process we were able to empower her with positive defensive fighting power, re-routing the the horrible experience with the Lord enduring the abuse for me freeing her up to flee. He is my hero! I finally had a good nights rest!!
The process was not easy, because I had to go through the horrible torment, but as I continued in the process the torment weakened as Victoria got stronger.
Seriously, if you are in counseling for any type of abuse with results of becoming MPD, PTSD, SI, SRA...mention this to your counselor. It is changing my life! It’s not easy, but in the long run it’s amazing!
