Finally 1 contact

Today I was pretty discouraged with the apartment hunting. I had made a dozen calls over the last few days, got voicemail 11 times and no one was returning my calls. Finally tonight I got a call from one I just called today. Its a good location and looks like a nice place - we'll see the truth when I actually get inside; Thursday evening at the latest, tomorrow if the current tenants agree to it. There is new stuff posted every day so I know something will work out but today i called a complex and wasn't impressed with them right off the bat. The ones that I know are good are also expensive so I'm trying to look into the smaller property management companies first. I can go up a bit on my price if I don't find anything but I have to be concsious of the time too; I already gave me notice where I am.
I contacting 3 movers as well, same sort of results. Only 1 live contact out of 3 and I wasn't impressed. It will all work out... I know it will; it always does. I'm sure if I asked around at work I could round up 3-4 guys to do the heavy lifting and I would just need to rent a u-haul... done that many times.
