Fifty Two Weeks - One Year since Diagnosis

This is the one year anniversary of being diagnosed with PD. My tremors are definitely worse. When typing I get lots of double strikes. When picking out a melody on the guitar I loose control of my right foot. If sitting it bounces the guitar so much as to make it difficult to catch the strings. Standing helps because it keeps my legs moving. I even exaggerate the moving around the stage to prevent tremors. I am becoming aware of more and more PD symptoms. For example, constipation, cramps in my legs, sore muscles in legs and arms. Stressful situations make the tremors worse. There is a critical level at which I have problems controlling my bladder. If I am walking or otherwise engaged it does not happen. Once activated I must visit the loo soon. I sleep well and I do take 15 minute "power naps" daily. I keep myself aware of my posture, gaping mouth and hand motions and correct them often.
My medications are 1 mg Azilect daily, 7:30 in the morning with a couple crackers. 0.25 mg of Pramipexole three times a day, 7:30 am, 2:30 and 9:30 pm. I always have a few chips or crackers with them or it upsets my stomach. I do avoid proteins for an hour ofter meds. Other than the upset stomach I suffer no side effects.
Overall I am able to do most everything I want to do. I have to compensate for the effects of PD but it is not stopping me.
