fell AGAIN so embarrisisng wed sept 14,2011

i know its not funny but i fell right on my behind. walker and all just fel backwords. so embarising. firemen had to come out AGAIN to pick me up. am allready sore. fell on hard wood but think i got enough padding to have saved my behind bone. didnt break anything exept what digbaty i had left. there was no way for me to get up because i cant use the bad leg. they say people fall off walkers all the time. now ussualy its the 80's and over group. ha ha. so i am very lucky thats for sure. butt does hurt allready. its realy ganna hurt later. ok, thats it for today will get on moore tommorow.....
