Feeling up but now another kick down

Lately I have been feeling better.  Nightmares under control, working more, doing things I enjoy again.  Now my allergies have hit extra hard.  So bad that my throat was closing.  On 4 different meds for them.  One, albuteral, causes insomnia.  So it's back to sleepless nights if I want to breath.  Just another kick down to fight back up from.
