feeling stuck

I feel really stuck right now. Not sure what to do with my day or self. But I am starting to think back

to a couple of times I have written about and thought about this state of unknowing within me and how I freeze up.

I am gonna pick apart that I have some time between now and my appointment later on in the day.

I am also going to ask myself "What would it take?" In other words, "what do I need to hear personally that would give

me the sense of permission to go ahead with my day and making a plan?"

So that helps. I was thinking about a nap yesterday. I may take a short one now so that I won't be so tired staying up later than usual today.

I don't if anyone else does this - but I will write emails to a friend or friends and then I will delete it because it seems foolish. I stop myself - so much - like right now I complaining may not be the wisest way to go. Ok

I'll keep on the positive side and just try and get on with the day.

I do this, both with the life paralysis and the writing of emails I ultimately delete. It is yet another spot where I remind myself profusely to be patient with the process. When I can be patient with the process, these periods of stasis often produce some of my most sustainable breakthroughs.

A couple of ponderances which help me through:
1) What is the diff between complaining and evaluating the problem?
2) What's the diff between meditation and dissociation?
