Feeling Spry
My eye doctor who hasn't seen me in a year said it looks like I've lost about 20 pounds. Today I went to try on some pants and discover that I fit into a size 12. I know that I can't fit into every size 12, but before I couldn't fit into any size 12. Also, I'm running up the stairs like a teenager.

Congratulations! What ever you are doing, keep it up. You are doing great. I am so proud of you and your progress. It must be exciting to fit into a size 12. I lost weight as well and think I might fit into a size 12. I was a size 14. Going down one size is mighty fine with me. At the back of my head I keep thinking what if my diet changes again and I gain the weight back so I am hold off getting rid of any of my wardrobe at the moment. I am so proud of you.
