Feeling sorry for myself

Well I got off of this website a year ago because it was sucking to many hours out of my day. It seems like I dropped off when my Mono got really bad. Since then my diagnosis was changed to Chronic Fatigue and now it's Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia.
I guess that's supposed to be my final diagnosis. The thing that really, really angers me at this point is that it is another disease no one can see.
I have been through hell and back with my Manic Depression. No one can see it and few believe me. Now I have this other shit. The only way you can tell when I'am sick is that I usually have a fever between 99.6 and 101.4. But then people say some people's body temps can be higher than others. What the fuck ever!
The only support I have is my husband and therapist. Everyone in my family is bipolar. But for some reason they don't believe that I'am. I did keep it hidden from them for a while because my parents were dealing with my other messed up sister's and I didn't want to add more stress. They think my life is a Hallmark card. I want so bad to be close to them but they really don't want to listen to me and cut me off.
I cry and cry about it, and my therapists tells me to stop worrying and that they only make me feel bad about me. I realize this, but I still wish I could have their support. I don't have friends. I have alot of social anxiety. I try but I seem to smother people.
I have tons of stuff I can cry about, but it doesn't get me anywhere. I guess I will go work on my children's Halloween costumes.
