Feeling sick
Why dd I feel so sick today when I was running at the gym and saw my neighbors (friends) who also know the OW. I guess any connection to her is enough to make me feel nauseous. I almost quit running, because I felt lightheaded and stomach sick. I was glad when thy left and I could re regulate my breathing and continue the workout. I am definitely stressing and feeling much more sad and hopeless today tHan I have all week. It was last night that did it. hearing that she tells may H tht she wants to be with him now tht he is separated and might leave her husband, puts this on a completely new level. Even tho he claims to want none of it. nd I told him I will NEVER gt in a battle for him. Tht would be pretty good for his ego wouldn't it, two women fighting over him. No thanks. Easy to say in thory, but my heart still pines for him. Flip flop, good dy, terrible day. Up down. So sad.
Going out with girlfriends tonighT, thank goodness.

Plus I feel such anger at her. I want to wring the crazy bitchs neck. First time feeling this level of anger at her. Nervy little wench. I dream about tripping her if I run into her at the gym, which has happened once. I know who she is, and have no idea if she knows what I look like.
It is normal to have rage/anger towards the other person. Try to step back from it and understand that the person may not have had all the correct information. The fault, the blame lies solely on your H. The person he was with may not necessarily be an innocent, however, she was not the one in a commited relationship and he was. I felt the same way until I realized that as much as she lied to me, she had to have lied to the OM if for no other reason than to make herself feel better and lesson any guilt. Place blame where it is due and it may help with you moving on...
it\'s normal. But I don\'t have that feeling toward\'s the OW. Like blue knight, in my situation the blame lies squarely on the head of my ex. Each situation is different but i\'ve never understood just blaming the OW unless she set out to get him. The OW in my situation only knows what my ex has told her. And I know from my own life with him that he\'s a liar. Twenty five years ago I was as naiive as she. I don\'t absolve her of her part, but my ex is the oe who is causing my pain.
I guess it seems easier to direct the anger at someone I\'ve never loved. But of course, you are correct, it\'s his fault and I don\'t usually waste too much energy on her.
