Feeling really yucky today!!!
Hey, there friends, this is the Bird Sanctuary or a very small part of it. It is just outside of town, 5 minutes. It is filled with trails so you can walk a little or a lot. It makes a beautiful place to go all year long. In the winter we take food and the little chickadees will eat right out of your hand. So.... cute. I’m afraid my journal tonight is going to be very short. Remember I said yesterday that I felt a tad bit under the weather. Well.... today it’s MUCH worse!!! It didn’t help that I made a triple batch of salsa and a full pot of homemade tomato soup in the slow cooker. I really just should have plunked myself down and rested. Oh, well, as the saying goes " No rest for the wicked!" and I thought I was only slightly naughty. LOL hubby came home from work and felt lousy too. This is really unusual. I just left the pots for tomorrow. I’m sure they will still be there unless the dish fairies come. I guess all those years of teaching Fairy Tales has me a little wishful.Anyway, I will not be able to answer any of your wonderful journals tonight and that makes me feel bad. I so love reading and writing to you. And a special " I’m sorry" to those who took time to give me a private message or hug. I WILL try to catch up tomorrow!!! so for now I will say good night and go get into my jammies and join hubby in the bed. Stop that!!!! We are both feeling too lousy to be frisky!! LOLBe well, my friends. Debbie

YOU\'RE JUST TOO MUCH! Love laughing with you.
xoxoxo
Thanks for giving us a peek of the Bird Sanctuary .... and I hope you\'re feeling more like your old self soon.
Hope you feel better tomorrow & hubby to. We are never to old to have a little fun. I posted some new pictures of my new home and kids. I have never been to a Bird Sanctuary it must be very interesting with all the trails. I have had a day of peace and rest myself. Take care! Suzanne
Well if you can leave pots and pans so can I. I used the crock pot today (the one I did not know I had), and it is a nice one too. My house is neat and I know where everything is, but my sister bought it and told me it was a soup pot. Never looked at it and read it is a crock pot. Accidently found it. I remember you telling me I needed one, well I have it, or had it all along. Tried pot roast first, didn\'t have to look that up. It was realy good and I don\'t even like meat. I could live in a bird sanctuary. I hope your yuckyness goes away soon. Love Naomi xo
LOL, sure you two are too sick, you expect us to believe that??!!!
I hope you two will feel better soon. I know I\'m still not up to par, just when I think it\'s getting better it washes over me again and I have to go lay down.
That is a nice picture and it is a beautiful place to go.
Take care,
hugs Cathy
What a beautiful place, wish we had something like that near here where we could go walking on nice days, of course we have miles of wilderness outside our door but that doesn\'t come with groomed trails and in my old age am getting picky about those things.
Sure hope your feeling better soon, with hubby sick to sounds like the first of the seasonal bugs may have found you. Hugs and loves, Georgia
