feeling anxious and depressed all the time

I am trying to grasp on to a sense of security. I am trying to take the perspective of meditation and gratitude.

I just feel very alone, and I keep myself alone, but for some reason nothing seems to have any permanence

or potency. Life is so much about moment to moment and you can't hold on to any of it. All I can do is do what I am supposed to do,

keep things tidy and just go through the paces. I'll never have what I want - but I suppose if I decided to fight for it,

it might give me a better chance to get it.

I am like that too. I think too much maybe. Also I amplify small details too much. Or as they say make a mole hill into a mountain. Go to the extreams. Hope you feel better.

Questioner to questioner, I question your expectations. Not even Moses got to come down from the mountain with stone tablets every day of his long life.

It pays to nurture the ability of bending over to be amazed by an ant parade.

Thanks Chris and I hear you Arfie. For some reason in my paranoia today and fear today, the pragmatic is coming loud and clear

Uh-oh. . . Should we be worried? ? ? "Paranoid pragmatism" sounds like something that should be on the Homeland Security watch list.

I have the paranoia too. I am big on jinxes and all sorts of stuff.
