Feeling a bit better...whew
Still no job, but hanging in there. Pulling myself up out of the feel sorry for myself moment once again. One of the dance teachers who just started last week is interested in me getting the store part open and helping to organize and plan some haflas (dance parties) and some one day workshops out here. She is very motivating and positive. She thinks she can help bring enough business that I won't have to have a part time job. I'm not so sure about that, but she does require her students to purchase certain items, so having those items would definitely get the ball rolling!!
I just feel like if I could stay positive and focused a little bit longer that I would make it over the hump. Picking yourself up, especially for the third time, is like wading through some pretty thick mollasses!!
I'm getting there...and I'm gonna make it. I'm going to go study and try to catch up from my days missed in class. Make those lists of priorities and step by step get it together!!
Thanks to everyone for the hugs and encouragement when needed!

Looks like you are taking the spark and putting some air to it. Often enough this is exactly what has to happen. I work in the same style as yourself ... I do classes and have to be positive in order to actually promote the classes. It is tough when $ worries enter the picture. i have had those the last two months and presently.
I make it a point to do every thing I can do to put wind to the sail instead of taking the sale down. I don\'t have full control of the future but I do have influence. I build on that power instead of extinguishing it. Doing that by circulating on many level. Getting out the door and setting myself up for interaction.
When I lost a some jobs I started even looking to do free work just to stay on the path and not just be blank with a partially empty schedule. Any way... point is ... you can do it.
I recall my therapist talking to me about this before it ever even came up. He told me that the people who end up getting more and new work are those that do not sink into depression but remain active through hard times and keep pushing through. I listened to him and continue to motivate and not allow the rough times to define my present nor future. This is not about having hope but having positive/ active energy focused in the rigth direction. Other wise my energy would go back wards and then it goes down the tube for no other reason then what my imagination says. I use my imagination to hoist the sail, grab the spark and apply the wind.
I am glad you are able to get to the flame. Some times all it takes is talking with the right person. That is why I make it a habit of talking to people all the time. I make my needs known and the next thing I know some one refers me.
