Feelings....
Well here I am away from home and relaxing with some good friends. I love coming here, it is like going to a retreat. Today I have been feeling a bit foggy, then I got to feeling a bit irritable a few times...I hate that feeling. Not being able to sleep since starting my new sleep med, it has me up and down all night that's why I'm on here right now...gggrrr! I feel frustrated too..not good feeling. Hope tommorow is a better "feeling" day for me. Stupid dumb feelings getting in the way of everything...ggrrr

Sorry you are having trouble with the sleep meds, Ramona. Maybe talk to the doctor about them. Sometimes meds have the opposite reaction. I took a Tylenol PM once when I was on vacation. What a mess I was!! Up all night, miserable till the stupid thing wore off. Slept the whole next day.
You probably have the bad feelings cuz you didnt\' sleep well.
