Fed up with my body!

This week has been rough. My joints and blood sugar both have been bad. I have had a lot of trouble with my hands and fingers. One night this week I actualy went to bed with my shoes on because I could't untie them. My sugar has been unstable. It is 306 right now. It has been a long time since it has been this high... I'm technically hypo, so when it gets high like this I can't take insulin. UGH!!! This is my life.
