February
I wish every month was February than that way there would not be a number 30 in the month...The date, the 30th the day I lost my son...I hate that date and it seems it is always something going on that makes that day stand out...Just like tonight a birthday party for a friend, whose birthday is tomorrow...the 30th..
Then next month Dec 30th facing the loss of 2 years without my sweet son Kenny...How could it be 2 years when it seems like today...You sure are missed...wow I miss our talks...I love you and wish God had not called you away...My heart is still broken and don't know if I will even heal...the pain is still there...I love you with every being of my being...
Love to you always mom...

Thinking of you...
One day Sandi...it will no longer be about the day of any month ...it will be only about the date Ken passed into Heaven...It has turned out that way for me, at least. I find that after nearly 3 years that I no longer realize when the 6th comes around. I hope that one day you will notice that you no longer notice it...the only thing you will continue to notice is what really matters...that he is in Heaven.
Pain of loss is always foremost in our lives when we as mothers have lost a child...no matter their age. But the bible says \"we are more than conquerors\"....and that \"we have hope of seeing our loved ones again\"....this is the truth of our lives now....hold on to it and know that nothing happens to us that God is not aware of...for whatever purpose...He allowed this to happen. I can hardly understand it myself but it has happened and I have had to reluctantly accept this trial. I wish you well as you approach the end of December....always in my heart....love, dale...brandon\'s mom
Dear Sandi: I share your pain. At times it is excruciating. I hate the 1st! Tomorrow it will be 2 years since my baby was pronounced dead. I will never forget the look on the doctor\'s face as he told me - he looked cold - matter of fact. I felt that he was thinking \"what does she expect anyway\",
At the moment, I feel unusually calm - it is weird. Tomorrow, I will light candles and get through the day the best I can.
Christmas has a whole new meaning to us. It will never be the joyous occasion it was when we had our beloved children.
Hang in,
Love and hugs,
Marlene
One day at a time. Be gentle with yourself.
Thinking of you today. Sending love and peace ~ Joanna
Hugging you tight todday... MaryLou
Many hugs and a prayer for comfort.....
The date is a hard one, for me it is on the 27th of JULY only! Perhaps it will get that way for you one day. I feel your pain and wish I could give you a great big hug!! Sending peace and comfort to you. Hugs, Amber
Wishing you peace and sweet dreams tonight. (((HUGS)))...Julia
Yes time keeps moving on, I can\'t believe it has been over 8 months since Jason has been gone. A lot of the time I don\'t even know what day it is, that\'s a good thing I don\'t want to know. Sending prayers that it gets easier for both of us. Terry
Isn\'t there a song that goes, \"That\'s how strong my love is!\" I think it might be Otis Redding. WIth every click of the calendar, you know your love is still so strong. You are such a loving mama! I think of Andy every morning at 7:09 am... funny how often I see the clock at that exact time. It\'s when he was born. And of course, noon. It\'s always noon according to my tattoo. Always time for more love.
xoxoxo Sarah
As Dale said about the date \"6\", the power of the date \"27\" is fading for me too. It used to be that I cursed every Monday and every 27th of the month but now sometimes the days and dates will pass and I\'m not even aware of it.
You love and miss Ken every single second of every single day, just as I love and miss Corrie every single second of every single day ~ numbers have only the power we give them.
Be gentle on yourself. God will send you the answer of peace that your heart longs for and Ken will be right there on the wings of an angel.
Sending much love and gentle weekend hugs ~ Debbie
Your still recovering right now everything reminds you of Ken then you feel pain. I am just starting to smile. I can deal with more now. The holidays are the worst for me since Mike passed on 12/20/08. If I did not have any grand kids there would be no tree or decorations. Life does go on our boys are always in our hearts, we keep them alive for their children, that is now our job as mothers.
We will hold each other up during the next few months, together we can do it.
big tight hugs Penny
