Father's Day

Father's Day is always a bit rough for me.  Not only did I lose my dad at way too early an age (56) 18 years ago, my kids' dad has hurt them so badly by choosing the psycho wife over them.  Exercise seems to be helping, at least I wasn't so depressed I let the house get horrible.
