I live and was born here in Montana, we grow Cheerios here. I have a grandfather who was a failed farmer because of the drought of the 1930s, he became a carpenter. Farming is in my blood. We need to grow our own food, not our lawns.
I\'ve become very interested in the safety of our food sources lately and you are so right. Unfortunately, I don\'t have a place to grow my own. I hope to visit a local grower this afternoon who sells organic produce. She has the best cantaloupes I\'ve ever eaten! I\'ve frozen lots of her zucchini for stews and bread already.
