Why is it that you think you’re a failure? Have you ever considered that your definition of success and what that looks like to you could be skewed?

It sounds like you need to brainstorm some ideas of using the unstructured time outside of work into more transformative options. Your pals here can offer suggestions, but what is it that you’d like to accomplish first in the everyday here and now?

Sending sunday morning calm and relaxation your way. You are NOT a failure.

Big hug Mark.... I have wondered as Nikki does as well Mark.... I think you're great..... Even with Blue.... He didn't have a home and you gave him a wonderful home.... Don't waste all of your todays feeling less than because you aren't my friend... You have been a wonderful friend to me...... I know that you struggle with down time but I think down time is necessary.... What would you like to do Mark that you aren't doing sweetie?... Sending another hug of peace..... xo

An artist should never judge his/her own work, Marky Poo. Whether your work is critically acclaimed (aka successful), or not, stay true to you.

Personally, I believe the greatest art in the world never receives mainstream recognition.

Practice random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty. Leave the critiques to the critics.
