extremes
i've realized that living in the extreme is something that wears me out....
and not everyone is meant to be living in opera.
It can be calm and lovely here in my room - but the extremeness
of always living in others' rules here and just my mindset of
always excavating life lessons and wisdoms not helping me
just balance my relationship with my body and mind.
I've learned that this place is not good for me.

the elder is slowly breaking me down to be completely defined
and compliant - he is taping into my vulnerabilities of wanting to be
a good person and my insecurity to fit that outlook
that I find myself just normalizing everything he throws at me
and us.
I need to work with my therapist to develop some tools
in order to know how to set boundaries with these people.
I need to write them down and learn to use them.
And yet now I find that the more boundaries I have, the pendulum swings and I am more, much more reactive. And so part of me needs to be submissive to my feelings but also set boundaries and protect myself from being drawn into their drama
