Extremely restless

Nothing seems to satisfy me at the moment.   I'm extremely restless but can't manage to stay still.  Thoughts are racing.   Yes, took my meds.  I don't wanna be online, I don't wanna sleep, I don't wanna watch tv, don't wanna read.  Don't wanna go anywhere, but don't wanna be here.  Argh.
