every day the same

NOV 2013
Alone is just so hard to do
I was ill prepared for, and completely underestimated the accumulated effects of isolation and being alone
I can’t get my arms around the fact that things are now different. Not just a little different, but altogether different. Different is a poor choice of words.
I have no one to talk to
I miss my Wife
I miss my life.

I read this someplace, I really like it but I can’t seem to do it very well.
Every moment is a chance to help someone else.

Nov 6th
I almost gave away her coats today. I got them back!
It felt good, almost like getting a little of her back.
Why do I spend so much time crying when I have so many good memories?
I have no idea how to ask for help.
I wish I could talk to someone, anyone.
Talking about this is cleansing for me, but no one is interested. I just hold it in.
I need to talk to someone every evening but it doesn’t happen.
Every day, not long after I get up I am ready for the day to be done.
