Estrogen Dominance

Greetings
O.K....I have Estrogen Dominance...and low progesterone which forms or related to other issue such as asthma, hormonal balance and other clear signs of it.
What should I do increase progesterone and lessen the estrogen?
The local pharmacy does not give you... natural progesterone cream or pills without prescription.
Doctors would not prescribe it unless I am pregnant...they always offer strong birth control bills that make want to hurl.
Local natural food shops have been out of natural progesterone for weeks now.
Online are several sites that you can purchase natural progesterone but which brand ...is the best?
If anyone..can help me...I would greatly appreciate!
