Erma's getting better
Erma is being moved out of intensive care today. I am so happy. She is doing far better than she was. As long as she doesn't get pneumonia, she should make it.
I am tired, hurt all over, and had a low grade fever yesterday. I will not be seeing Erma today. I rested much of yesterday and will be doing a lot of that today, as well. IVIG next week. Hugs to everyone!

Glad to hear Erma is doing better, Debbie. You keep resting to regain your strength.

When my grandmother had surgery for breast cancer at 75, she questioned the need for taking up the surgeon\'s time at her age. The surgeon replied that older people were like fine antiques, they got there by being worth hanging onto. That generation is tough, and I hope you will see her home soon. b
So very glad your sweet Erma is doing better. So sorry you have been drained.
Would the doctor be willing to move up your IVIG? I think we all need the extra boost after the holidays. In the meantime, rest sounds like the best medicine. Wish we lived close enough to stop by and give you a real hug!
