entitled to a good life?

yes, thinking again. Reaching out past my anger and trying to grasp why I don't seek more experiences or more mission in my life.

I think having a mental illness has made me equate that 'issue' as implying i don't deserve to have a full rich life. I may have issues -

and I may struggle to be (and need to be) responsible for them. I also though shouldn't be demotivated to reach out to have 'a life'

simply because of some misconception, or misdirection, that because I have this condition that I ought to sit still or don't deserve to do much more

than sit still and stew in the pot so to speak. I feel excited by these thoughts. I feel motivated to try new things.

Well, it's time for bed.

Let's see what tomorrow brings. Have a good night.

It's good you are motivated to try new things. I think you should, if that is what you want. I understand that feeling that maybe I don't deserve to have a full life because of this illness. It's not true, of course, but I can relate.

Hey mark! It's a good thing I think to wonder about possibilities without letting things spin out of control. I think it's all about outlook, really. I do retail and I've worked into management and I'm doing it well....yet in the past I had multiple hospitalizations and was told I'd never work. I can't say it's easy, and much is out there to trigger.....but yeah, things are possible! Baby steps are much needed though, I find.
