Engendering the spirit within and others
Life seems so much about nurturing the spirit for yourself and those you love. I’m alone this weekend because Dad and Cristina are in Palm Springs. I woke up this morning feeling aimless…and then slowly it came to me that I have to nurture my own well being and how I would like things and very much also that of Blue. He needs love and care and playtime.

it's weird at times how I will feel lost and not knowing what to do with myself.
I feel ill at ease with that and yet then, like now, I have to remind myself to be grateful
and humble and responsible. Clearly there's hugely bigger issues to have.
I have work to do around the house. So I better seize on that.
how 'bout you go try to stretch your nurturing spirit beyond your inner circle? the more i learn about nurturing other spirits, the more nurturing strength i seem to have for myself and the inner circle. it be a gift that gives back. what goes around comes around.
