end of the day....:)

I'm home now - I didn't have time to do all the work -  I know my boss will write me a nasty note or rage to a coworker -
I heard tonight she does that with each of us - so it's good I am exiting - (I talked to the manager about findinig

a position in a new department.)

I felt such a sense of calm and confidence with the prospect of something new -

I'm thinking about reality - I feel oddly a new sense of it

- the ride home was brilliant - sun-setting and occasional showers-

I wish I could capture it and share -

it felt like I was here - if that makes sense - I miss California - but

I sensed the spirit of the land here - the zeitgeist - and my agency in it.

I very well might look for another job enitrely- time for a second act if that makes sense -

I have to be mindful of my resources - and so I am grateful for the pension I have from a corporate job I had (come 65 years)

and also my pension here at the market (come 65 years). I suppose I could find another position that would

go along with that positive investment in my future as well as well as the regular income.

I came back to the chapel cafeteria and ate my dinner. The sisters on duty in the kitchen were nice.

I felt myself back in the fold of the community - in the gentlest way -

and Sister wished me a good night.

Came home to Blue and gave him attention until he was overstimulated and he went to bite me lol

CATS!!!

Tonight, as it was last night, the sense of sunshine setting as though an eye were peaking below

the cloud cover - it made me think or muse that God was checking on us here in Maryland or on earth - the big sunshine

is in California - but it can peak through the clouds here on the east coast and just check up on us :)

Is it just god or the god of California!

It's just a comforting thought to see that 'eye'.
