end of day fatigue or depression?
I went for a really nice walk..found a new hiking trail near where I live..will definitely go there again and there's
a picnic table there which is calling my name...
I came home and watched some tely but it's not my thing at the moment, I felt with the lowering of the sun - so a darkness and pressure started to build...I wondered if I was mistaking fatigue as depression?
Maybe it's a combination. I usually go to bed and relax watching the news by now during the week -
and I know what my go to things have been when I have unstructured time, and I am trying out new things.. so maybe just 'awareness blooms.'
I'm tired and I feel like I've been 'on the go' all day. The prospect of going to a dinner party or socializing right now
even though it would be nice is kind of forboding. Ground control to major Tom.... haha..Things are ok.

I guess what's coming to me is that I have assumed nobody else has difficulty, even though I am a part of this site,
with the forsight or insight once they start to 'go south' emotionally. I mean, I forget really and yet I know we all have that challenge. I just get to a place in my head where I don't see the commonality - and people seem to be living this two
dimensional or carefree life...and yet there are struggles out there, I know it and in fact we are all really complex...
Reminds me of the phrase "We are spiritual beings having a human experience." But again I think I can't assume
anything like I am alone and writing this comment is helping me remember and see that. Peace.
Comparing other people's outsides to my insides is one of the psycho ticks which, logically, is even less sensible than comparing an orange peel to it's own juice. Logical or not I can't seem stop myself, now matter how viciously I abuse myself for it. Being gentler with myself for the crime of being me makes it easier to *just* take my protein pill and put my helmet on. So I'm floating in a most peculiar way. Where's the tragedy?
Oopsie. . . Should I have listened to my journalism profie about mixing metaphors?
Personally, I love the **idea** of socializing. The reality scares the living shit out of me. People are strange when you're a stranger. Why can't people be as clean and predictable as an idea?
thanks Arfie! Have a good night!
