End of day download

Do you ever want to talk about your days when they are over? My sister A used the term 'download' for when she and her bf talk about things at the end of the day.

I had a full ish day and when I got home, I got everything ready for the morning and brushed and washed. Cleaned and set up water for the cat and me by the bed. When I got into bed it's like I couldn't catch up with myself. My hands were shaking and head was wobbly. I had to literally shut down everything for a little while.

Now I've calmed down and I can take on the routine left for the day. Just kind of faced with that question and thought about downloading. Somehow the empty space around is a reality to consider but also this journal is a nice consolation.
