creating a plan - I know I need to plan things for me to do.

I kind of have to shake off those stumbling blocks for me.

Whatever it is that makes me freeze up.. the unknowing??

I think my anxiety about when life gets gray is something to look at. I don't know why I get so uncomfortable when it's just a so so day - or if I have no real motivation or plan - when I feel like that is a danger or as though I ought to have that. I think it is indeed important to have a general plan for my life - a life that is right for me - a life that is clear on how practical I need to be - but also about how I enjoy life too. It doesn't all have to be wrapped up in a pretty bow (here I hear a therapist saying what does that mean?) - I think I can allow for some gray - for some eb and flow to my day - I just need to find a way to take care of myself.

I worry I have nothing to offer but I will reject that and stick with the positive

It is important to have a plan, otherwise we flounder and our moods can be affected and that affects our lives. I think you are doing just fine, but you do seem to want a hobby or something. Do you have someone you can talk that over with? Maybe someone who knows you can offer some advice.

i have been lifting weights in my bedroom. I also have a possible plan in my head about doing something. I will talk to my Dad about it when he gets back from the hospital.
the weight lifting has been like a splash of cold water or a smack...! :)

Plans or goals hmm. Dunno I think they are one in the same. Goals I lack in. I have to really start making more goals for me to meet or come close to in life. Ah well. I take it day by day. I think as long as a routine is constructive then that would be good. Just my input Mark. ;-)
