Edward James arrived!!
Hi everyone,
Chelsea, missyoualways, has had her precious baby early. He was due in late October, but like his namesake, my Ed, he has a mind of his own.
Edward James was born at 7:12 am their time and weighs 3lbs, 14oz and is doing well. He is in neonatal ICU as a precaution and has a great prognosis. :)
Chelsea is exhausted, has had an elevated blood pressure and a long, difficult delivery but she too will be fine!!
I am so touched that she named this precious child after my sweet son and praise God that all is well.

So happy for you. Babies are such a beautiful innocent new beginning. How can we not give them our whole hearts, even as broken as we have been by life. They can make us feel whole again. Welcome, little Edward! Welcome to love.

WOW congrats to the parents! I have never heard of a baby 3 months preemie weighing that much! My little nephew, who was a preemie, is named after my son and it is an honor. Hugs, Belinda
