Edgy
As I try to be strong and put my trust in my faith.. sometimes a moment comes down over me and I will have a body rushed come over me...then I feel anxious....I can try to control myself..but I can't control my body's reactions..I wonder if I am the only one..I doubt I am...I haven't said anything about this...when it happens I make a excuse to go lay down...I look at my husband picture..listen to a song of somebody says something and it can trigger it...loud noises..startle me...Is this part of the grieving process?

Hi, mypenny2. The grieving process is different and unique to each individual. Though we share common denominators, what is a "symptom" for you might not be to someone else. Sometimes the things that have made us feel edgy all our lives are only emphasized when we are grieving, so we notice them more. Then again, the reactions might be new to you, personally. You've been under much stress, so your whole being has been affected. If you are really concerned, maybe you could visit your doctor, therapist, or counsellor.
i get anxious, too. Just about anything can trigger it. Loud noises grate my nerves, and i am now very impatient, and i avoid being around many people at once.
We weren't meant to suffer these pains of grief, so it's no wonder we're so sensitive to them. I'm glad you have your faith. Keep looking up. Hugs.
