Eating habits // 4 weeks
4 weeks passed since I stopped eating.
I feel okay, physically wise. I have a bit of stomach pain whenever I drink a big cup of milk too fast, but other than that, my body is in a good condition.
I also noticed weight loss, but it's not as much as you may think a person would lose after such a long time without food.
I do not own a scale, though I have to admit that I am really curious which number it would show.
While my appetite definately descreased, it's also a willpower thing, since I do feel hungry from time to time. It's a hunger that I can control well, and refusing food has become quite easy for me these days.
It's a new form of self-harm for me, that's how my therapist commented on it at the beginning. I am not sure where this is going to end. I feel suprisingly well, yet it's going to harm me one a long run.
