easy like sunday morning

*a tribute to Arfie :)  in the choice of the title*

I ate a bunch of foods at the wedding yesterday that I don't normally eat

and the mixture had me feeling tired and toxic when I woke up this morning.

Eh, so it goes. I got up at 10 minutes to 5am and bolted for the coffee

shop. They were waiting for me! haha - I am such a routine oriented person

the baristas expect me at a certain time. Very brief chats but it's a morning

highlight and kickstarter to the day.

I watched some shows that I recorded and drank my coffee when I got home ..Blue definitely

needed to be attended to. Took a shower and now onto cleaning up

a little bit. Things are alright. I sometimes wonder in the awe striking amazement

of living alone...I tend to wonder at the solitary nature of it and yet I have Blue

and my family and friends and work..it just gets to me to I suppose because

we're not taught to have the confirmed bachelor's life...

So it goes.

Have a wonderful day out there!

Namaste,

Mark

Happy Sunday, Marko.
Being a food person, I want to hear more about what you ate.

Living alone has its blessings and discomforts. I’ve been in scenarios where cohabitation involved different stress, so finding balance seems to be applicable all around. Ohhh if only life were easy…..

Enjoy your day.

I'm not quite sure how I inspired the title, but I'll take it. I've got Lionel Richie playing in the back ground as I type. In 1977 when that song released, I was in the most determined and rebellious of my gypsy years and had yet to realize I had already been captured by my band of wild Texans. One of the verses of this song became my anthem as I worked to stay free. Little did I know. . .

Why in the world would anybody put chains on me?
I've paid my dues to make it
Everybody wants me to be
What they want me to be
I'm not happy when I try to fake it! no!

I still crave road life more than townie bachelor life, but today I would trade you in a heartbeat. I miss the simplicity of living alone. Even on the bad days, the messes and clean-ups are far simpler. At least I **think** I would trade you in a heartbeat. Fantasies are never quite so simple when made reality.

It sounds like you’re having a rough day. Sending peace. You inspired the post title as you were inspired to think my last title was like a song. So I thought about a title that was a song to put on this journal.

I'll buy that. Thanks for the explanation. It is a most excellent title for a Sunday Morning Post.

I'm having a pretty good day within a rough transition. Doing my best to take ^it^ all in stride as part of God's plan, but still calling G.O.D. by his acronym on a fairly routine basis. Why you do these things, you Gnarly Old Dickhead?

Good thing God is so patient with rebellious children, huh?

agreed! I hope you can do at least one nice thing for yourself today...that might help you reboot you're sense of well being
and get back to keeping on keeping on!
