DS counseling seems to help!

Have to say that reading DS journals, I do feel better in some way.  I think it's because I feel connected with people that experience similiar 24/7 back pain that's handicapping.  Gym was okay yesterday...pushed a little but not too much-didn't want to be bed ridden for the next 3 days!
Later today I would like to get in the pool to just walk and do some squat laps; usually I'm done within an hour but maybe a bit less today.  I also need to cook the chicken, steak, and roast that's been sitting in the fridge for 2 days.  With the snow storm and added laundry, I didn't feel like cooking- but today's the day.  Sometimes I can't even put the tray of food into the wall oven because I can't lift it!  We are talking just a few pounds but I just can't lift it.
Cooking cutlets aren't too bad now that I sit down to dip, bread, fry, dry, and eat! That too is sometimes too much for me and my back dictates to stop and to stop immediately!  That's when I mentally say okay have to stop Now!
This morning around 6, I had 1 cup of oats & honey cereal, one tangerine, and cup of coffee. I feel good now still.  Soon lunch, errands, and cooking
