Dreams
I was back in the city I dream about so frequently. I was at my place there trying to figure out things to wash and things to put away. It was like a puzzle. I then started to walk down to work and got lost but there were landmarks. So I just knew I had a lot of walking to do.
I'm at work now and tired.
But it's time to keep on keeping on!:)

Have a good day at work.
Good morning! Sounds like your dream is a metaphor for your upcoming move. Hope you feel energized soon!
I agree with Susan about your dream. Hope work goes well!
thanks becky, susan and judy! Work went well! :) peace and good grateful wishes!!
a scientific myth called, "dream solving" won me quite a few primo contracts during my computer graphics day back in the 80's/90's. shhhhh. . . officially you can't put "dream solving" on a resume or list it as a job qualification, but the myth has enough backing to generate articles like this one

on the word-of-mouth advertising, it had engineers lining up like little girls waiting their turn to ride a unicorn. i was one busy body during that era. equally, linguistics take dreaming in the language you are studying as a sign that you are crossing over into fluency. the reason that arcane tidbit pops into my demented meanderings is that waking up tired is one of the indicators that i have been dream solving again. dream solving is actually hard work, despite the fact that i do it while i am sleeping.
my guess --just guessing-- is that you are crossing over into radical acceptance that recovery is a journey of many steps.
just guessing. . . dreams are a mysterious phenom.
thanks arfie. that's a really great suggestion. I visit this city in my dreams over and over. I walk the streets
and places feel familiar and like there are places I like to go... the walking can be a trek and yet I just steel
myself to make the trips as I don't use or have a car in my dreams.
i love my dreams. when i can remember them, they are more entertaining than stream tv. i'm pretty convinced that even when i can't remember them, they pop out as reminders and/or new inspirations continually.
Muy interesante :)
Thanks Arfie and lilmissy
It’s wild how my walks around the city feel kind of empty and melancholy. Like it is the “Sixth Sense” movie. A sadness but also a gladness that I’m there. Last night I was there again but the trip was interacting with others. People were doing things I didn’t understand and tried to extort money from me but in the end it was something of a joke and not serious to them.
It was so strange.
in my own recurring dreams i've had some success with working to change small details which change the entire scenario. for example, i work to populate and bring a broader range of emotions to the empty and melancholy dreamscapes. early into my recovery, battle fields were one of my more recurrent, emptier and more melancholy dreamscapes. i worked on inserting colors other than red.
