Dream

I can't stop thinking about the dream I had last night. I always have such lucid intense dreams [when I can finally fall alseep] and last night was a really weird one. I dreamed that I was in this forever long hay feild. I had this feeling that something was chasing me but I couldn't ever see anything, just the long stems of hay waving in the wind quietly. The farther I ran, the less color the hay and sky had, everything was dulling out. It was like at the end of a video game when the time was running out, so everything would slowly fade until everything vanished. I was also again having a hard time breathing in this dream, it was like I was running with the weight of somthing inside of me, making it impossible for me to scream out. Even when my dreams are different there is always something familiar about them.

Sounds like you were becoming more and more lucid during the dream -- perhaps because you were slowly waking. That familiar something about each dream is important. Do you have a dream journal?

I actually used to keep one, but over time I just stopped writing in it. A long time ago I always told myself I would one day use the journal as inspiration to write a book. Old dreams I guess.
