Don’t look at what you don’t have, look at what you do…

Negotiating relationships....

The fact that I have Blue to take care of helps me see this.
I see it in myself.
I see it in my friends
and family....

Everyone needs certain things to feel ok about life...

nice moments will be moments - a nice moment - but there will never be perfect peace
- as I have to apply compassion for myself or apply compassion for others when
interpreting things said. It also goes for the bigger picture of feeling ok in and during
the day. There's a beauty to knowing that. I know Blue gets all vocal when I start to
get busy with my day...I ocassionally have to go where he is to reassure him...
I've seen in it others, ie I know my stepmom gets upset when things are out of order in a certain way -
and I try and reassure her - that she is loved and doesn't have to be perfect
and we'll get things the way she likes it.

I have to say that the whole 'demand for negotiating relationships' is a life giving "god send."

I can get so caught up here, in my culture of one - and try to kick start my day with stops and starts-
to rally my momentum and enthusiasm for getting on with my day - but then having to put
things aside and negotiate relationships - suspend my lens and interpret other's lens to
communicate and get work done....it really helps me get motoring on with the day.
Have a positive good morning!
