Don’t be afraid to live your life!!
I think quite often I have been a kind of codependent with my family and approval but here I am at a monastery 3,000 miles away and living my life. The structure has help me reach for inner resources consciously and no more hiding, I'm ready to live my life and not disassociate from the experience.

Mark, this reads like someone who has stopped hiding and started inhabiting his own life. Facing fear within structure, and choosing presence instead of dissociation, is real courage. It shows in your words. I’m really glad for you....
