does anyone ever get this way?

yesterday and today, i sort of started to pay attention to my body

differently. I know that probably soundsĀ  cryptic saying just that.

What I mean to ask you guys is : "Does your body ever seem to beĀ

out of control?" "Like you don't have a good sense of boundary?"

Yesterday I made a lot of mistakes while at work. I was so frustrated.

Today I went about my errands and my body just seems to be flailing around.

I got things done - but I guess right now I am just tired.

I had a great night's sleep last night...but then made an early hour long drive

into the city - and then walked around a little bit before my appointment at UCLA.

Then drove home and stopped off for a short walk at Old Agoura Park...then went to the

post office and then home for lunch. Then I went grocery shopping (where it seemed like

I kept on bouncing off people (I guess that sh*t happens all the time?)

and then went to the Costco to get meds and then to the Barnes & Noble for a Mother's Day

card and gift. I came home and put all the crap away and am just feeling like I am tired

and flailing...? Did I do enough to be tired? Don't know why I feel this way. I guess it's normal?

Does anyone else not have a great relationship with their body and mind?

with my 69th birthday around the corner, i still have those space out moments where i am shocked by the realization that i'm not 8 years old any more. this bizarre sequence of yaddah blahs can send me into an emotional tailspin that takes me a while to process and pull out of. navigating this surrealistic time warp distorts my entire vision of the day. to my senses, the psycho snot knots of this time warp are more exhausting than 12 hours of honest physical labor.

even great relationships pass through periods of conflict. even on the days i wish i could ditch the bitch (me), my relationship with me, myself and i is still a great relationship. greatly bad, but still great.

Sometimes when I'm either super tired or have a ton on my mind, I become all fumble fingers, and I drop things a lot. To me, it sounds like you had a full day, and it wouldn't be unreasonable to feel tired. Hope you get some rest and feel better tomorrow! Hugs.

Absolutely! There are days where I could walk into a wall...no boundaries! I do tend now to listen to my body, as my mind is around 25 and body nearly 70. Use it or loose it is a real thing where your body is concerned!
