Does anyone ever feel like such an alien to life like saying 'I don't know what I'm supposed to do or how I'm going to handle this?'

i live with that feeling continually. there is an old gypsy adage which holds that feeling is because heaven is our home. we're just passing through this life. somehow that comforts me.
