Do you ever?
I'm getting better I think.
I had a good session over the internet with my doctor today. I got off the call and ultimately when I layed down to sleep my mind kept on spinning. I thought about her and myself too.
I thought about her 'help' and thought 'she's trying her best' and then 'and so am I.' That sequence of thoughts just gave me a sense of compassion and stability. Strength.
I then went on to rest again having a sense of confidence and then I found myself mentally spinning again. I get so exhausted with my need to entertain
my mind and being I thought. But that frank admission to myself seemed to stitch together two worlds within me, which brought peace as well as motivation and satisfaction. So I decided to come on here and write about it.
Do you ever get frustrated by your need at times? Hopefully I'll start finding good mojo for this and especially excited about my life once I get home!
have a good night you guys!!

i never get frustrated by my needs more than once every 5 minutes.
who used the last of the toilet paper without replacing it THIS time?
You live a very poetic life, Markus. I try to root what I “need” in sturdy foundations and work up from there. It involves being true to who you really are. Without the sturdy foundation, everything else is rickety.
You are doing great, don’t you think? Frustrated by a need means figuring out baby steps to move closer to expectation. That can be hard to do in a poetic life, but much more achievable in a logical pragmatic process.
I hope your return home is a safe and swift journey. Sending peace and a hug and a noogie.
It sounds like your time at the monastery has also brought you peace, motivation, and satisfaction. Enjoy your remaining time. I know they're going to miss you when you leave, and Blue is going to be so happy to see you! Glad you get to experience a warm East Coast day tomorrow. :)
Thank you so much you guys!!
Peace and blessings!!
