Distressing

I am at the movie theater and my personality is all over the place. I am sitting in the bar area before going into the show. My aunt just called and she rushed off the phone. This whole morning and day went out the window with an upsetting thought. My personality pealed back and now I am just out of step. Grant me the patience, the emotional wisdom and kindness to carry me through till better times.
