I feel like i have this huge cloud over me with lightning bolts ready to go. Sometimes i get the urge to just slit my throat. Instead of having daydreams about being succesful, or having a great day, i have daydreams about getting shot, or dieing in a traffic accident. I so dont want to go to sleep tonight. I dont even really know what to write, i feel... nothing.

there are so many people - friends - who care about you Taz. so many friends who have benefited from YOUR care of and help towards them. please don\'t do anything to hurt yourself.
i know you feel like shit, but it WILL pass. this feeling. maybe not for a while yet, but it will pass. and you HAVE had good days before, no reason to expect you won\'t again.
i\'m sorry you felt this way, today; hope by now, you are coming out on the other side. either way, i\'ll walk by your side until you get to the other side.
