Depression is eating me alive....
Long story short, had to move in with family , my son no longer lives with me..have no life.. blah blah blah.. thats how I feel about me in general, I can't bring myself to go anywhere or do anything, I don't feel I have anything to offer in the way of companionship , I don't have a life to talk about or do anything to talk about...nothing to offer anyone..

umm, that is so not building your self confidence! You have purpose, God doesn\'t make mistakes. Reach out to help others when you have nothing to give. I know how it is to not want to go anywhere or even get out of bed. But I know that giving to others really helps. Hang in there and give it a try.
