Depression is eating me alive....

Long story short, had to move in with family , my son no longer lives with me..have no life.. blah blah blah.. thats how I feel about me in general, I can't bring myself to go anywhere or do anything, I don't feel I have anything to offer in the way of companionship , I don't have a life to talk about or do anything to talk about...nothing to offer anyone..
JUst UGH!!!!!!!
