Depression and confusion
Dear friends,
I have been in a very unsettled state lately. Any type of change is difficult for me and my work has been a place of constant change for the past 2 months. Consequently I have not been able to write on my book much.
I also received word that I must stop smoking from our insurer. That will be a tough battle for me as I have smoked since I was 16 (I turn 52 on Sunday). I am afraid that I will just lose it completely in these next 20 or so days.

I know that quitting smoking is not an easy task. I do know that with God all things are possible, so with His help, you can do it. Good Luck to you.
