deleting my goal...

Im giving up on this goal. This has turned out to be more difficult than I thought. I cannot do it with out her help too, and that's obviously not going to happen. I'm just going to have to learn to deal with her... or without her.  
So, can anyone tell me how to delete a goal? I can't figure it out.
