deep breath...

Again with the alimony payments. sorry guys, you no doubt are sick of hearing this. I am doing fine. I take deep breaths and let it go to God. Not much else I can do. And God always, ALWAYS, pulls through for me. He gives me my patience and strength.
Isn't it amazing how the courts can do so little though? The csea says they can't step in til 30 days pass. As long as the exass sends 1 payment, and I mean 1, in that period they won't touch him. So I wait as usual. Guess his kitchen is getting that remodel pretty fast. lmao
But I will be strong. The week isn't over yet. He may, (May?) send one yet. I know his employer has the garnishment but I also know if exass says to hold off, then they will. Like one big happy family. Some day I will break that family bond and proceed to court myself. He isn't consistent. He gets paid weekly so they know that.
I am woman! Hear me roar!!!!

Be patient. I expected the ex to pull that on me but he didn\'t. He just cut my alimony by 2/5 and the last time he didn\'t pay at all. I was ready to get him back in court.

Your ex will careless and go past the thirty days and you will be ready to take action against him.

Well, our EX\'s didn\'t put us first in the marriage, so it\'s doubtful they would after divorce. What a jerk!

It seems to me that if his wages are being garnished by court order, there\'s something fishy going on if you\'re not being paid.
You\'ll get it eventually, but it\'s that in between part that\'s sticky. Stay strong and keep putting your faith where it belongs!
