Woke up today with a stomach bug.  Have diahrrea and feel like I am going to vomit.  I know it is going around as several of my clients have called telling me they have it.  I decided to come to work anyway.  Who says I do not like to share.
I went to Physical Therapy yesterday.  The therapist told me she was stumped about what the PA wants me to get out of it.  The therapist said that foot drop is a nerve condition and that my muscles are pretty strong.  She said that my balance was poor, but without a diagnosis she wasn't sure what she should do with me.  Basically she offered to help me work on my balance but it was up to me.  I told her that I didn't really have the time or money to be doing weekly sessions of PT.  I told her that to me it seemed frivolous to have me there without knowing why.  The doc's notes didn't even tell them why I was there.  She will report to the doc that I was there but that she didn't feel there was anything that PT could do for me.
Wrote a rebuttal to my grievance decision.  Think I will have the GED teacher read thru it.  Basically, I refuse to take a lower paying position.  I will stick it out and show my supervisor the same amount of respect as she shows me.  I don't think they can ask more than that.

I\'m sorry to hear that you have the stomach bug. I know it is tough going to work not feeling good. It is nice that you are sharing. LOL!

It is strange that the doctor didn\'t write down why you needed therapy. Some doctors just do not care. I hope the PT gave you suggestions for you to do at home for your balance.

Good luck with your job! Hope it gets better.

There\'s a lot of nasty stomach crud going around the country so be careful and aim precisely if you feel yourself getting ready to hurl. Take that any way you choose. LOL Hope you\'re feeling better soon. Distant hugs, Linda (Sorry but I don\'t want it)
